I completed my bachelors from IIT Guwahati and my masters from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh. I am passionate about my work and am currently employed at a top robotics startup as a research engineer. I am on the H*B visa with an approved I-**0 under the EB* category (Outstanding researcher). In my free time, I like to unwind by traveling, reading, listening to podcasts, playing the guitar, watching movies, TV serials and documentaries. I also play a variety of sports and love to go hiking on the beautiful trails around the bay area. My father retired as an additional secretary in Government of India, is a post graduate engineer. My mother, also post graduate, was a teacher and is now retired as well. My brother, has a B. Tech in Computer Science from IIT, Guwahati and MBA from IIM, Bangalore and is employed in Bangalore. My sister-in-law, a B. Tech in Electronics from BIT, Ranchi and MBA from IIM, Bangalore is employed in Bangalore too.
