Planning a wedding is as stressful as it can be, but the last week before the actual day is the most stress-inducing week ever. Especially in Indian Marriage (Wedding), the rituals start off a few days before the wedding. Hence, the stressful days start earlier. A beautiful wedding ceremony must include coordination with Vendors, family members, etc..
Here are a few things you have to take special care of before your wedding.
You’ll need to pick up your dress the week of the wedding, but don’t stop there. Try on the full ensemble, including shoes and jewelry, to finalize your look. Practice that walk down the aisle and make sure everything looks and feels comfortable.
It is pretty well known nowadays that on the last week of her wedding, a bride is always at a Beauty Salon.Finish long-lasting treatments well ahead of time and keep facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, two to three days before the ceremonies start. It is always a good idea to talk to your Makeup artist and Beautician about the products being used and do a trial 2 to 3 months before the day so that you can test for adverse reactions, if any.
Take care of any big projects or assignments at work early on that week so that you don’t have a to-do list of work tasks floating around in your head. Work is the last thing you want to think about as you head into your wedding weekend.
If you have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, have a final meeting with them to go over any last-minute details.
Most of the RSVPs should be in by now, so sit down with your spouse-to-be and finalize the seating arrangements. Be sure to send a copy to those who need it, such as the wedding planner, photographer, and designated bridesmaid.
Your face is the mirror of your mental state and all you want your face to show during your wedding is that glowing bridal look and not bags under the eyes. All those expensive treatments in the salon will go to waste if you are super stressed and are not sleeping well.
